Fall coffee lovers blog hop

For my Lawnscaping blog hop please click here thanks.

Hello.
Its coffee lovers blog hop time.
I love these hops, so much inspiration  and i cant wait to see everyone's fall coffee projects
Not a coffee drinker? no problem tea and hot chocolate are just fine too :D
Dont forget to visit the sponsors who so generously offer prizes through out the hop.

For my fall themed project i used the new coffee sets from Reverse confetti.
For the love of latte and caffeinted cups.
To start i blended  yellow orange red and brown distress inks directly onto my card base.
Then flicked some water on let it sit for a short while and dried with some paper towel.
Finally i flicked some gold glimmer missed and spritzed it for lots and lots of sparkle.
The cups are die cut from water colour card and i used the same distress inks and loosened it up with some water then dried and flicked some more gold over the top before adding to my  card base.
The sentiment is stamped directly on the  card base in black archival ink.

And a close up to show the sparkle from the glimmer mist.
Thanks for looking.

Too much Monday....

Hello I have my card from the Make the day special  stamp store blog.
Even though its Wednesday it still feels like a Monday to me ...i guess that's because of  the dark mornings.
So this sentiment from Reverse confetti seemed to fit my card perfectly.
If you need any coffee themed products for the fall coffee lovers blog hop you have time to order still :)

I have used three sets from reverse confetti's last release the coffee cups and matching dies and the  coordinating sentiment set.
I stamped the coffee swirl directly onto my card base in antique linen distress ink.
I then added a strip of gold glitter card and the black card with the heat embossed "coffee".
The coffee cup has quiet a few layers i wanted to give it some dimension so i used the paper from Avery Elle and the coffee part is lets polka in the dark from lawn fawn.
The papers are adhered to some kraft card to bulk it out.
And to finish a few gold sequins.

Pretty panels from Reverse confetti.

hello.
Today i have two cards showing the confetti cuts dies from reverse confetti on the Make the day special stamp store blog.
I have used the diagonal pretty panels on both cards.

My first card is clean and simple and i think by using the pretty panel in lilac and silver gives a really elegant look.
I simply die cut two panels and then inlaid the silver pieces into the lilac.
For the sentiment i stamped the thanks by masking the rest of the sentiment and then fussy cut out so it was separated from the rests of the words.
Once that was in place i inked up the rest of the sentiment , again masking the thanks and stamped onto the  card base.
I finished the card with some sequins in colours to compliment the die cuts.

Next up i went with a different colour scheme and no stamping.
I used the silver pretty panel and inlaid it with some spares from others i had cut previously.
I placed this over a strip of silver washi tape and then used the die cut sentiment from the fun tag also from reverse confetti.
The products used can be found by clicking the images below.

I will be back with some completely different ways to use these pretty panels next week :)

Tag you're it #15

Hello.
Quick post this morning so i can join in at the current tag you're it challenge.
The awesome  Donna Mikasa is providing this weeks inspiration.

I have used paper smooches stamps with distress inks to make these colourful watercolour effect butterflies.
The tag is from reverse confetti.
I masked the tag so that just the scallops could be coloured with black distress ink.
The die cut sentiment is from paper smooches.
