Image may contain: text

Hello.
I am so happy to be part of an awesome blog hop collaboration between Winnie and Walter and Chibitronics.
If you haven't heard of Chibitronics they make super easy lighting options for your cards and other projects.
Join us on the hop for lots of inspiration, ideas and the chance to win either $30 to spend at the Winnie and Walter store or a starter kit from Chibitronics.
All you have to do is hop along and share some love in the comments.

My card uses beautiful floral stamps and cutaways, In Bloom: Ashlees rosie posies with Lydia Evans.
The started kit from Chibitronics.

The Chibitronics kit comes with a really useful book... be sure to read it for lots of ideas and useful information.
I actually only had a quick read and have managed to get my card to work with three lights which is why i described them as super easy.
If i can do it anyone can.

I never thought I would really be able to make a card that lights up but it was really fun to do and way more simple than I ever imagined.
The possibilities are endless.

4th Birthday bash blog hop with Winnie and Walter

Image may contain: text

Hello.
Today the awesome Winnie and Walter are having a big blog hop to celebrate love and friendship.
There will be a full list of everyone taking part further down in the post.
As always there will be lots of inspiration and prizes, all you have to do is leave some love.
4 random winners will be picked and they will receive $40 store credit to the Winnie and Walter store.
The deadline for commenting will be February 28th 11:59 pm CST.

For my card i have used some of the fabulous new products from winnie and walter and also new to the store, Catherine pooler inks.
To start i have used the beautiful floral set In Bloom: Ashlee's rosie posies with Lydia evans.
I used the Flirty fuschia ink and stamped of the first image using what ink was left then stamped the layers again over the first image.
The leaves are stamped in the Grass skirt ink,  again i stamped then used the ink that was left to stamp again in a lighter shade.

Once the stamped panel was finished i added some silver thread and place the die cut sentiments over the top.
The beautiful comes from the dame stamp set as the flowers and i used the In a word: friend cutaway and covered it with a dusting of perfect pearls.
Finally i added some pearls to the panel.

The full blog hop list follows.
