Lots of luck

Hello.

I am entering this good luck card into this weeks Casology Challenge where the cue card is "mini".

I have used the lucky clover from Lawn fawns new Lucky charm set.

Its coloured direct onto the kraft card with Derwent Coloursoft pencils

Dazzling Divas #63

Hello.

At Dazzling divas this week we have a new challenge and a new format...its a mood board so you can take your inspiration form any of the images or combine them or use the colours totally up to you.

Remember you don't have to use add a little dazzle craft metal sheets to join in :)

I took my inspiration from the silver heart on the wood panel.

I took it really clean and simple with a much lighter feel as i stamped the wood grain image of  onto scrap paper so i got a lighter image when i stamped on my card base.

I used a stitched circle die cut in the centre to place the silver metal heart and my sentiment.

The heart is die cut using a technique Tuesday die and embossed with a dots embossing folder. 

I used some clear sequins around the heart and sentiment to finish. 

I love the soft monochrome look  and am entering this card for the Casology challenge. This weeks cue card is monochrome.

Dazzling Divas #61

Hello.

Its time for our new Dazzling Divas challenge over at Add a little dazzle.

This week our challenge is an inspirational picture.

My card uses scarlet red craft metal sheets from Add a little dazzle.

I die cut the red metal with a heart die from Lawn fawn.

The cup stamps are also from lawn fawn and are coloured with copics and a white gel pen before being adhered to the card front with foam tape.

The sentiment is from another Lawn fawn set.

I layered the panel onto some red card that was die cut with a mama elephant die.

Casology #Flag

Hello.

I made this card for the casology challenge this week. 

This weeks cue card is FLAG. 

I wasn't sure about this but went with the rectangled and triangled stamp set from Winnie and Walter and used the triangles as bunting ...that counts as flags ..right? lol.

I used red a green  to keep it kind of festive.

Then die cut the merry before adding onto four other die cuts and adhered back into place, 

The  card is finished with some sequins.

The theme at Casology this week is festive.

I went with a tag instead of a card for this challenge.

I have used Winnie and Walters Peppermint zone and Eat drink gingerbread man stamps.

I started by stamping the gingerbread man in black archival ink directly on to my tag and coloured his mouth and buttons. 

I then ,masked him before stamping the peppermint zone over the whole tag in silver fox ink from Avery Elle.

I added only part of the sentiment and heat embossed it in gold embossing powder from WOW.

The tag is finished with some sparkly gold twine from Lawn Fawn.

Casology guest designer

I'm so excited to be guest designer this week at Casology.

And its a fun cue card, as always but for me it has two reasons ...one its not Christmas ...I'm a little bit christmassed out already so its a nice break before i get back to it and two i got to bust out the lawn fawn critters under the sea :)

Just to show that you don't need to make an elaborate background to use critters they work just as well in  a cas style.

I bought the wave die from Clearly besotted ages ago and hadn't had a chance to use it yet so that's what i reached for first. 

I die cut two of the stitched rectangles and then  embossed one with a Simon says stamp waves stencil for the background then the other i cut the waves from.

I have used nearly all white but added the whale in  some patterned paper from Lawn fawn so that it pops from the card and added a teeny bit of copic shading.

I stamped some of the bubbles in sea glass ink  and filled with glossy accents  and also the whales eye for extra detail.

The sentiment is from Lawn fawns chit chat and stamped in black archival ink and fussy cut out.

So there you have it a cas card with lots of  extra details.

Casology... home

Hello.

Im playing along with the home challenge at casology. 

I have kept this really simple.

I cut some pool party card and then simply stamped and heat embossed in white the house from  Winnie and Walter's  this awesome house stamp set.

I stamped the banner/sash not sure what you call it lol my mind had gone blank haha.

I then added the sentiment and some shading in a pool party marker pen..

I fussy cut it out and added to the house with some foam tape.

I then layered the panel onto white card before adhering to my card base.

Casology....Letter

Add a little dazzle are this weeks sponsors at Casology :)

I've joined in using Lawn fawn dies and stamps and Add a little dazzle craft metal sheets. 

The metal really gives that something extra to a cas card.

I made a small envelope from a small piece of vellum that i had out on my table.

 Then die cut 3 hearts from lawn fawn from the Scarlet red craft metal sheet.

Placed the largest inside the envelope and the others around it then stamped the sentiment from woodgrain backdrops stamp set.

This card is for the  Paper smooches sparks anything goes challenge and also for Casologys shine challenge.

I have used paper smooches chains die with silver card, I cut it twice then trimmed it down.

I was bit stuck as to how to add the sentiment in the end went with stamping on acetate and then trimmed down. 

I stuck it down with glossy accents.

Then i added some randomly placed teeny flat rhinestones

Apology's for the rubbish picture there is just no light and as were on for thunder storms today it probably aint gonna get any better.

As the shaker card is so very popular i thought the telly's would be a great way to make a mini one.

All images are coloured with copics and pro markers. 

Finishing touches were some twine for the cable and glossy accents on the buttons.

Really struggled getting  a good picture today its kinda sunny but it wasn't helping.

I have used Lawn fawn papers and stamps and die cuts.

I kept the design simple but added touches like the patterned paper the angled panel and  inlaid die cuts and glossy accents for extra interest.

I'm sharing my design team card for Make the day special. 

When making this i had the Casology challenge in mind.

The cue card is Carnival ...great theme so many fun options to go with. 

My instant reaction was the lawn fawn set Admit one.

I've had this set ages and don't think i will ever get tired of stamping with it.

I coloured the image with pro markers and used them with a pen spritzer  and post it notes for masking for the background.

The patterned paper is also Lawn fawn.

I'm joining in with the challenge at Casology.

The cue card is ....

So i had lots of ideas but i wanted to try this out so it kinda looks like the rainbow has just been painted.

I used the rainbow dies from paper smooches and the two pain splodges are from the new just a note set and i heart art set.

I deliberately didn't line up the rainbow dies..just in case you think i messed up haha :)

I used stampin up markers for all the colouring.

I am thinking i should maybe have added a paintbrush ...i may still add this lol.

Jingle bells

Hello.

A quick card here for the challenge over at CASology.

The word for this challenge is Bell.

So not having many bell stamps i went for this one from Lawn fawn.

I heat embossed it in silver ...kinda wish i went with gold now though lol.

I also used Lawn fawn dies for the "Jingle" and stamped inside using the matching stamps.

Casology #Bloom

I am joining in again this week with the  Casology challenge.

This weeks Casology cue card is Bloom.

I used  Avery Elle stamps for my card.

I just love the big flower from the set "Petals and stems"

I stamped the big  flower onto card and highlighted it with  a copic pen before cutting it out.

The leaves and berry's were stamped straight onto the card base.

The sentiment is also from Avery Elle and is called "framed fonts". 

I stamped this onto the card also before added the big flower on raised foam pads.

To finish i added some teeny little pearls randomly.
