woyww

Hello and I'm here again for woyww. I missed last week as dh has bought a new table....he thought it would be better for me little did he know that a bigger table means more mess stash lol. I haven't even sorted stuff out from moving it to the new big table but wanted to get on with some stuff. Dh has touted my card making at work and i had to have golf themed cards ready for Monday.... he sold two card for a fiver, the surprise being they were willing to pay ten pounds for two cards. They weren't worth ten pounds but I'm more than happy with five.
Don't forget to pop over to Julia's blog to see more tables desks and workspaces :0)
Thanks for coming by.

  27. Well done you on becoming a proffessional card maker ... and if they offer 10 pounds again ... just take it ... they obviously thought they were worth it ... a new table sounds like heaven ... the trick is to actually get rid of the old one ... a concept I always struggle with :0)

I've never used that memento ink...I'm not sure I've seen it at Michael's but I'm seeing it on a lot of desks. I may mosey over there today and try that stuff out. :)

  31. Lovely creative clutter. How sweet of your hubby to buy you a new bigger table - I can so relate to the "more space, more stash" outlook [insert evil grin here]

  35. Well done on the card sales Kate, don't under estimate yourself though, i'm sure your cards were worth every penny, just remember you can't get a shop bought mass produced one for much less than a fiver these days so i'm told.

  38. congrats on the new table and for selling some cards. I think we creative types never think our work is worth that much, mainly because when we see something highly priced in a shop we think to ourselves 'oh i could make it cheaper than that' lol

  51. Ooh Kate well done to DH on the card sales! Be careful with the new desk...as in, try not to fill it before the other one has gone, left the house, not in the neighborhood - or you mayjust end up trying to squash both in!!
