Hello.
Have you seen on the Winnie and Walter blog that they have released some new co-ordinating dies?
The design team and guests have been busy making and will be sharing their wonderful work over the next couple of days.
Firstly i have used the dies that co ordinate with In bloom: Lolas bouquet stamp set.
I have used these independently but you can of course use them with the stamps as intended.
To make the flowers I die cut them from some distress inks coloured card.
I coloured the card with different degrees of colour and then flicked water and removed patches of colour.
I wanted it really random.
The flowers were then layered on a die cut panel that used distress inks and the persuasive script creative screening.
My next card I wanted a much more clean and simple look.
I decided to do some inlaid die cutting so that this was flat for posting.
I have used the Evas favourite flowers stamps and matching cutaways along with the in a word hugs cutaway.
I die cut the word first from my panel and removed the "hugs" before placing the flower dies where I wanted then die cut them.
With the flower die cuts still in place i stamped the matching images before adhering everything into place.
The only extras on this card are some stickles and the word is covered with clear wink of stella.
I hope you will check back tomorrow for some more.
Thanks for looking.
Gorgeous - I love your inlay die cutting, which looks very intricate and yet simple too. The White of the 'Hug' makes it stand out. Xx
