Shiny grunge

 Hello.

I'm joining in with two challenges with this card.

Casology's grunge challenge  and Cas on Sunday sparkle and shimmer.

I had to make a birthday card for my son and he likes the grungy style.

I have used all Wplus9 products, the Limited edition So 80's set I just love this and its perfect for a slightly grungy look.

I also used the ink splats set  and happy trio dies. 

I stamped in momento tuxedo black , ladybug  and London fog.

I also used them to colour some  scrap card then die cut the happy and covered it in crackle accents.

It not only looks grungy but picks up lots of light so kinda shines and sparkles too.

This card is for the Dynamic duos challenge.

Its triple threat week so there are three colours to play with :)

I'm also entering this at CAS on sunday where the challenge is one layer wonder.

I have used whole lotta happy stamp set from Wplus9. I love these stars from the set. I used the largest one with the palest colour but it is there lol.

Once id stamped the stars in the three colours i added the lines which is also a stamp from the set, before using the sentiment in black archival ink.

I finished by adding some liquid pearls in pale blue and white.

cas on sunday

Hello.

I'm joining in a new to me challenge called CAS on Sunday.

The challenge is Colour me pretty and it means to use pencils, markers or colouring on your card.

I used Lawn fawn stamps and the colouring is all stampin up markers and the ground is inktense pencils.

I used a water brush to blend the colours.

I used a spare strip of patterned paper as a matt and die cut it using a lawn fawn scallop die.
