Retro sketches #102

Hello.

I'm joining in this weeks Retro sketches Challenge. 

I didn't use a heart instead i chose to use the stars and swirls which i stamped onto the back of the velum.

The sentiment is stamped on the from of the velum in archival ink. 

The velum is machine stitched top a piece of patterned paper that id spritzed with dylusions and glimmer mist.

Stamps used are both from Avery Elle "Cheers" and "Celebrate".
